We liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast is the only thing we were not thrilled about. Absolutely the same set of products every day. Very good quality though. Excellent pastries with some variety at least. Swimming pool is the best feature of the hotel.

The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. We were very happy and will definitely stay again.

The pools are fantastic and terme water is very good. Food in restaurant was tasty and all the staff give all there effort to make your stay the best one.

I had a room after reconstruction, which was nice & comfortable. The hotel has a good spa center with treatments and thermal pool. Week before Christmas was not so busy

great experience, this is my third time at the same place, could not be better place, breakfast was excellent, we asked for extra choices that are not included in the buffet, they seved with great hospitality spirit. pool facility is superb, both indoor and outdoor

The spa and pools were amazing. Staff were friendly and they spoke good English which was very helpful. The breakfast options were very good, so much food on offer and all delicious. Davide @ reception was very helpful as were the pool bar attendants.
