The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. We were very happy and will definitely stay again.

Spa : high quality, pool so warm, beautifull spaces, external pool so cool, videos on the ceiling very perfect Restaurant : high quality, excelettent service, courses tasty like the breakfast INcredible Rooms : lot of space, bedroom okay, bathrobe appreciate Parking : good to have one but management not simply or easy

We liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast is the only thing we were not thrilled about. Absolutely the same set of products every day. Very good quality though. Excellent pastries with some variety at least. Swimming pool is the best feature of the hotel.
